TubeG saves my place when I watch a lecture or documentary on YouTube, so that I can come back at any time and pick up where I left off. I used to try to watch longer YouTube videos in my web browser, but I would usually close the tab or the browser absent-mindedly, and lose my place.
TubeG lets me keep a list of content I want to watch in a completely different app, so that closing the browser (or shutting down the computer) doesn't make me lose my place.
